What a trade account gives you

A trade account for pallet trucks, trolleys and scales is optional. No account is needed to order. Every business buys at the same trade prices ex VAT, quoted on WhatsApp. A trade account adds the things a regular buyer wants.

• One point of contact. Your quotes, orders and delivery notes stay in one WhatsApp thread.

No fee to open an account. No minimum spend to open one. The minimum order per range still applies to every order.

Who it is for

Cash and carries, wholesalers, independent retailers, food distributors and warehouses. We sell to business customers only and do not sell to the public.

Trade credit accounts are open to UK limited companies and LLPs, subject to checks. Sole traders and partnerships are welcome as trade customers and buy on the same terms as every other business: deposit on order, balance before despatch, by bank transfer or card.

Sales only. We do not hire. We do not sell used equipment. We are not a cash and carry.

How to apply

Complete the short form on this page or send the same details on WhatsApp. The form asks for eight things:

1. Business name, as registered.
2. Company number, from Companies House. Sole traders and partnerships can leave this blank.
3. Contact name, the person who will place orders.
4. Phone, ideally the number you use on WhatsApp.
5. Email, for quotes, order confirmations and invoices.
6. Delivery postcode, so we can confirm the delivery charge with your first quote.
7. What you buy: pallet trucks, trolleys and roll cages, scales, or a mix.
8. Monthly volume, a rough figure is fine.

We check the company at Companies House and, where credit is requested, run a credit-reference search. Our privacy notice explains what we collect and why. We reply on WhatsApp or by email at [email protected] with the outcome and, where credit is agreed, the credit limit and payment terms in writing.

How ordering works, with or without an account

Every order is placed with our factory partners against your confirmed order. Nothing is held in the UK ahead of an order, so every order follows the same four steps.

1. Quote on WhatsApp. Send the product code, the quantity, your business name and your delivery postcode. We reply with a trade price ex VAT, the delivery charge and the lead time.
2. Confirm and pay the deposit. Everything is confirmed in writing before you pay. Orders are not cancellable once in production.
3. Production and shipping. Sea freight as standard. Air freight quoted on request.
4. Delivery. UK mainland by pallet carrier, kerbside, tail-lift. London and the M25 delivered by us where possible.

Made to order at our factory partners and delivered to your door by pallet carrier. Typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. Deposit 30% on order, balance before despatch.

What you can buy on a trade account

Three ranges, all new, all factory-direct.

• Pallet trucks: 1500 kg and 2000 kg lithium electric, 2000 kg semi-electric and 2500 kg hand pallet trucks.
• Cash and carry trolleys and roll cages: 246 L narrow aisle, 5 wheel, 6 wheel with a pivoting centre wheel, and a zinc plated roll cage.
• Platform scales and pallet scales: 150 kg, 300 kg and 600 kg platform scales for check-weighing and a 2000 kg pallet scale.

Each range has one minimum order. Any mix of models in the range counts towards it. Ranges do not combine.
