2000 kg Pallet Scale

What it is for

A 2000 kg Pallet Scale is an industrial floor platform on load cells with a separate indicator, rated 2000 kg (2 tonne), sized so a full UK or Euro pallet can be weighed without breaking it down. It is a check-weighing scale: the reading is for your own records, not for setting a price a customer pays.

It is the goods-in and despatch scale for cash and carries, wholesalers, food distributors and warehouses: checking an inbound pallet against the delivery note, confirming a despatch weight before booking a pallet carrier, and counting goods by weight rather than by hand.

• Weighs a full pallet in one lift, so nothing is unstacked to check it.
• Tell us whether you use UK 1200 x 1000 mm or Euro 1200 x 800 mm pallets and we confirm a platform that takes the pallet fully on the deck, in writing with your quote.
• Loaded by forklift, or by hand pallet truck where an access ramp is confirmed with your quote.

2000 kg floor scale with ramp

If you load the platform with a hand pallet truck you need a ramp or a pit frame. Tell us on WhatsApp how you load pallets and we will confirm what our factory partners can quote with the scale. A forklift sets the pallet straight down, so a forklift-only goods-in area does not need one. Site the scale on level, solid concrete so the platform sits flat on all four corners.

Each scale is supplied new as a weighing platform with a separate indicator, ready to site on a level floor.

Full contents, platform dimensions, display division, power supply, indicator features and the warranty period are confirmed in writing with your quote before you pay a deposit. Wear items are excluded from the warranty; see warranty and returns.

How to order

Made to order at our factory partners and delivered to your door by pallet carrier. Typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. Deposit 30% on order, balance before despatch.

1. Send the product code LPT-PLS2000, the quantity, how you load pallets (forklift or hand pallet truck), your business name and your delivery postcode on WhatsApp or by email to [email protected]. You get a trade price ex VAT, the delivery charge and the lead time in writing.
2. Confirm the order and pay the 30% deposit. Production starts against your order. Orders are not cancellable once in production.
3. Pay the balance before despatch. Sea freight is standard; air freight is quoted on request.
4. Delivery is kerbside by tail-lift to UK mainland addresses. The scale arrives on a pallet, so have a pallet truck or forklift ready to unload. London and the M25 are delivered by us where possible. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request. Full details on the delivery page.

Minimum order applies. Mix models in the range to reach it. Any mix of scale models counts, so a pallet scale ordered with 150 kg, 300 kg or 600 kg platform scales counts together. See minimum order. Compare with the platform scales

Four scales, one range minimum. Pick by the heaviest thing you weigh, pallet included. A bigger capacity gives a coarser reading, so do not oversize.

• 150 kg Platform Scale: parcels, sacks and cartons on the bench or the floor.
• 300 kg Platform Scale: cash and carry goods-in checks and most stock counts.
• 600 kg Platform Scale: drums, half pallets and loaded stock trolleys.
